Sophia is a licensed master esthetician and is a Detox by Rebecca® certified provider for Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage.

Having found her passion for body treatments while studying esthiology at Aveda in Austin, Texas; then moving back to Spokane Washington, she noticed a need for tailored body treatments and thus Aesthetic Coterie was born.

Holistic wellness is the focus of the Aesthetic Coterie, working from the inside out, specializing in lymphatic drainage. Aesthetic Coterie exclusively provides treatments tailored to lymphatic drainage of the face and body with lymphatic facials and Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage.

Aesthetic Coterie is the only retailer of Dr. Alkaitis Organic Skincare in Spokane, Washington. Dr. Alkaitis products are formulated with organic, biodynamic, or wild-crafted herbs, plants, seeds, sea vegetables, and oils in their raw state. Healthy, living plants suffused with the energy of life are the foundation of the products. Dr. Alkaitis skincare is raw, vegan, gluten free, living, holistic skincare.

Located in the historic Steam Plant building in the heart of downtown Spokane, Washington, Aesthetic Coterie is proud to serve the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area as the first boutique lymphatic drainage spa.

This was my first lymphatic drainage massage, and I found it as relaxing and therapeutic as any "regular massage" experience. The sauna portion of the package (and my own follow up with 96oz daily hydration and lean meal choices) is essential to the commitment in detoxing fully. [I was prepared for that... however, I wasn't ready for the emotional release that was experienced later that night. Just a heads up for first timers😜.] But the FACIAL!
